senses

in the solemn, crisp coldddd morning. snacking time is a must : a quarter of fine, sweet and chewy oat and cherry muesli bar. (thanks to syira)


branch brunch - hommies time: steamed rice with stir fried baby bok choy- flavoured by thick anchovies stock, few of satay flavoured grilled chicken pieces and plenty of sambal pemuda dip (thanks to syakira)


noon sneaking snacking:  some almond with dried cranberries, fresh blueberries (thanks to rozy


evening: a half of a chicken kebab + a feta and spinach puff (thanks to soleh)


ah yes, plenty of h2o.



my gratitude---alhamdulillah. Allah has sent His blessings in these sharing of food moments, they touches the heart deeply and they touches the stomach as well. teehee. burp~~Alhamdulillah.
